I have been reading the discussion on what the next generation of chips for the Amiga should be able to do, but the one thing that has puzzled me is that nobody has mentioned what mr Jay Miner himself has said about the chips. I am referring to an interview with him that was published in Amiga User Int. June 1988 where he mentions these features - 2 Mbyte address space - 1024 horizontal resolution - uses video ram("...leaving 99% of the memory band width for the computer.") He says that these chips were completed and tested while Amiga still worked in Los Gatos. Has this info been commented before? Is this interview incorrect? Does Commodore deny the existence of the chips?(I'm just wondering, since Commodore seems to be extremely tightlipped about new Amiga features(No flames for that)) ----<<<< don't use R/r(eply) >>>---- ...and then there was AMIGA internet: borgen%hpserv3@sfd.uit.no
