[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] bernoulli II scsi drives

mshaver@pyrhard2 (Matthew Shaver) (02/13/90)

Anyone have any experience using Bernoulli II removable cartridge
drives from IOmega connected to any of the Amiga scsi interfaces?
Particularly when connected to:
    A2090? (what I have now)
A2091? Hardframe? (cards I am considering getting)

I really like them since they are the only removable cartridge I have
experience with that you do not need handle the cartriges with kid
gloves.

Thanks, Matt. (mshaver@pyramid.com)

Matt.
GVP has a special set of prom you can get for their SCSI controllers that are specially designed for the Bernouli. They may try to convince you of the viability of the Syquest removable unit though which is cheaper, faster and doesn't require the special proms. Hope this helps.
