DF0: is the stock floppy that came with my Jan 1988 Amiga 2000 Df1: is a NEC model fd1036a. When I go to load workbench, I get the "Not a DOS disk in unit 0" message. When I pop the disk out and push it in, the system reads it, after 1 to 3 attempts. I have opened up the back and made sure that all cabels are snug, with no change. I now want to try using the NEC drive as DF0. Where is the information of which drive is which stored? In jumpers on the drive? In the way they are cabeled?
