Well, here is the summary I promised. Unfornately, more people
wanted to know rather than give information. But here goes anyway. To those
who wanted replys by e-mail - I just deleted your letters, so I don't know
who you are anymore.

P.S. 1. I hope the author doesn't mind me printing his reply

You basically have two choices at present: The CSA Midget Racer and the
Hurricane board. I recently bought a CSA Midget Racer but had to take it back
because it doesn't work with my A590. CSA admitted this and blames Commodore,
which I think is bogus, but there's nothing I can do. I have heard very litt
le but good things about the CSA board otherwise, and it is very very cheap
(in fact, the only thing in my price range...) so I would recommend it overall.
It only gives you an '020 at 7 Mhz, but it also supports ANY speed of '881 OR
'882 up to 33 Mhz. It is sold chipless (the one I bought, because I can get
the chips very cheap from the Krueger Company), or with a 68020, or with the
'020 and a 16 Mhz '881. Street prices are around $220 for the chipless version
and more like $300-$400 for the populated versions.

The Hurricane board is much faster, because of it's 32-bit RAM and I believe
a faster 68020. I don't know much about it, though; it's more recent, and I'd
guess it's probably better overall (certainly faster) but starts at $500
unpopulated.

Coming RSN: The CSA Mega-Midget Racer, a 68030 board with 32-bit RAM, 68000
mode, and bunches of other stuff. Probably not much more than the Hurricane
board unpopulated, and supports either '881 or '882 up to 40 Mhz! Also has
a 32-bit expansion bus. But not out yet.

BTW: I believe the Hurricane board also has a 68000 mode.
