I feel EXACTLY the same way about the motherboard situation.  I have
tried to get a straight answer on this for more than 9 months and to
date I have not.  I think you SHOULD raise HELL about this problem
although I doubt it will make any difference.  I think that the
problem in the US is solveable but in europe it is a writeoff.  I
would suggest that you purchase a Supra disk controller and say the
hell with it.  That is what I did and if/when things ever get
straightened out I still have a brand new Hardframe that I can use
although I am just about ready to put it up for sale since I cannot
see any resolution in the works.  As a general comment, if C= thinks
that they can sell products into the corporate world and provide this
kind of support they are in for a rude awakening.  A company who had
this kind of problem would either (a) sue or (b) more likely throw all
the equipement out the door and never do business with them again.
