I own an AMIGA 1000 and recently purchased Delux Music Construction Set (DMCS). I would like to hook my AMIGA up to a Casio synthesizer and do not know what kind of cable to use. Could someone tell me where I can buy or how to make a MIDI cable that will work. I would also like to know what port the cable should use. THANKS ! ! \_/ ............................................................................... ............................................................................... .. WHATCHA NEED IS A MIDI INTERFACE, I USE AN "ECE" MIDI INTERFACE. THERE ARE MANY BRANDS. THE INTERFACE PLUGS IN TO THE SERIAL PORT, AND THEN YOU PLUG THE CASIO INTO THE INTERFACE. TO PLUG THE CASIO INTO THE INTERFACE YOU NEED 5-PIN "DIN" CABLES. GET TWO OF THEM, SAT 10 FEET LONG. PLUG THE "OUT" OF THE INTERFACE TO THE "IN" OF THE CASIO, AND PLUG THE "OUT" OF THE CASIO TO THE "IN" OF THE INTERFACE. THIS IS A VERY BASIC SETUP AND IS A GOOD WAY TO GET STARTED WITH DMCS. GOOD LUCK.
