Could someone from Commodore provide more information regarding the Tech Bulletin announcing the ROM upgrades for the A2620, A2286, A2088 ? --ie. what the upgrades fix, and if the upgrade for the A2088 applies to the Sidecar as well. Thanks.

Tech bulletins are distributed to all authorized service centers, so the best plan is to get in touch with one... Amiga Unix probably yes, other products maybe. I can't really say, since such things haven't been announced in any case.
