Hi, I have the GVP SCSI+8 and an ST296N, and they work foine together. I believe I have the 6.2 rev motherboard as I bought the machine less than 3 months ago (on the tradin offer). The only problem that I have is that the drive is quite slow ( about 200K transfer rate.) . I however have not had the time to try to sort out that problem yet. I can say that the GVP and the 296N work together fine, and memory is easy to add to the board also. Laszlo Gulyas lgulyas@ics.uci.edu
