I have an A500 with the CMI 512k expansion board. Up til now I haven't had any problems with it. I then purchased the A590 Hard Drive and I began to get R/W errors with it; even when installing workbench. By trial and error, I have determined that the CMI board is causing my hard drive problems. Does anyone else know of this problem or have an explanation of why the CMI board could be causing R/W errors on the drive? Greg
