Ok, some background -- in February I received my 2000HD via educational discount. It started crashing consistantly in April and I took it in. Yesterday, five weeks later, I received a new 2000HD. It works great *except* I have that annoying first-character-dropped bug that I've read about somewhere. You know, the one where on powerup the first typed character is not responded to. Well, I'm afraid to take it to the dealer again, but... I would appreciate it if someone who knows exactly what the problem is would explain it to me. That way I could go in to the dealer and tell him exactly what needs to be fixed and not go through the multi-week hassle again. Thanks in advance. -- John M.
