I have ordered the Digifex VI-500 to connect my 2000 to a television that has a S-VHS DIN interface. Questions: Has anyone had any experience with the Digifex adapter and how was it? I have been told that the VI-500 uses RCA phono style jacks - can I just rig a cable so the lumina and chroma signals go to the correct pins on the S-VHS DIN? If so, does anyone have the specs on the DIN? Is there another adapter out there that will do the same that uses the DIN adapter (so I don't have to make a special cable)? Please answer by mail (soon, so I can cancel my order if I have to) and I will post the summary.
