I was using Word Perfect on my Amiga's Bridgeboard. It saves your work every n number of minutes as to prevent data loss from a power failure. Anyway, when it does this, the characters that I type in get all messed up, in no particular pattern. Either most of them make it to the screen from the buffer, after the save has finished, (and they all should as that is how it works on every PC I've ever used), or, as is more often the case, the characters come onto the screen garbled, that is, in the order I typed them but with some missing. Any suggestions, comments, or info greatly appreciated... p.s. I tried playing with the keyboard timing setting, no luck... It must be a buffer problem, right? -Greg -- Gregory Gibson gsgi_cif@uhura.cc.rochester.edu or gsgi_ltd@uordbv.bitnet UUCP: {decvax,harvard,ames,rutgers}!rochester!ur-cc!gsgi_cif
