I was wondering if anyone has any experiences with using an expansion chassis in between an Amiga500 and A590. I'd like to add a couple of ZorroII boards to my system (Commodore Ethernet, Digifex Multiport). This would seem to be the only cost effective way available. I need info. on which "bus expanders" have pass through. Which work with An A590 on the pass through. Will these ZorroII cards work in the expander. I am willing to add another external power supply, if necessary. If the A1500 A500 conversion unit from some European company? is available in the U.S., could you forward me information on who I could contact for more information? If you have an excellent dealer, with the above equipment on display could you have them try it out and report the results? Unfortunately, the dealers here in Pittsburgh have very little hardware on display, unlike The Memory Location (near Boston) which I visited a few weeks ago, before I came up with this wild scheme.
