I have an Amiga 500, WB 1.3 ROMS (bought that way) and a 1084S monitor. As I type thsi in, even, the monitor is going into interlace mode. I'm not running any interlace programs, and it happens with many programs. The monitor has been on for about four hours now, pretty much non-stop. I have had one instance where the monitor has overheated and flunked out, but that hasn't happened any more ( I also had a custom printer stand covering the monitor vents :-), very stupid I say). What I'm concerned with now is the interlace flicker. Is there a simple fix for it, or should I commit it to the techies (no insult intended!)?
