Ok.. basically , I have a T2500 (Telebit) that can run 300-2400, 9600 V.32 & V.42 , and Telebit PEP. My experiences have been good. In order of speed... 1) Telebit - Telebit 2) USR - USR 3) V.42 4) V.32 (NO , I cant provide definite numbers) But I CAN provide the following numbers ...... ###### # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # ###### # # # # # # ####### # # # # # # # ####### # # # ####### # ##### # # # # # # # # # # # # # # ####### # # # # # # # ##### From tron1 Mon Aug 13 23:30:06 1990 Return-Path: <tron1> Received: by tronsbox.xei.com (/\=-/\ Smail3.1.16.1 #16.25) id <m0i1rye-0001WTC@tronsbox.xei.com>; Mon, 13 Aug 90 23:30 EDT Message-Id: <m0i1rye-0001WTC@tronsbox.xei.com> Date: Mon, 13 Aug 90 23:30 EDT From: tron1 (K.J.Jamieson) To: tron1 Status: R Remote -----------K-Bytes----------- ----Hours---- --Avg CPS-- --Files-- Host Recv Sent Total Recv Sent Recv Sent Recv Sent ------ --------- --------- --------- ------ ------ ----- ----- ---- ---- uunet 821.3 187.4 1008.7 0.3 0.0 1684 1619 64 22 wisdom 0.6 704.7 705.3 0.0 0.2 182 1114 2 19 dsoft 9.7 122.4 132.1 0.0 0.2 184 157 8 18 ddsw1 5.5 7.1 12.6 0.0 0.0 638 1641 8 4 kastle 7.3 0.8 8.1 0.0 0.0 344 346 10 2 s4mjs 1.1 0.5 1.6 0.0 0.0 484 1364 4 2 Things to note: The LARGER the sample the better the accuracy (headers and all) .. so take that into account.
