[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] Does anyone have a PD-RAM-expansion for A500?

I've tried to create 2 meg external ram for my A500, but obviously my
skills are not good enough because I haven't get anything sensible 
ready yet. So, is there anyone who would have a document file for 
expansion-ram-board for a500 (or a2000's Amiga-bus)?
