[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] A3000 drives

n350bq@tamuts.tamu.edu (Duane Fields) (08/30/90)

I just added an internal 3.5 drive to my 3000, it was an external MASTER 3A1,
but I fixed that! Anyhow, if anyone else is planning to add an internal drive,
please note a problem that stumped me for awhile, there is a jumper on the
mother-board marked DF1:/No DF1: that must be changed to recognize the drive.
This is, as far as I can tell not documented in the manual anywhere.

I found J351 documented in the fine print on page E-1 of the small A3000 manual.
