[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] Dynamic RAM controller needed.

I am developping a 8 Mbyte memory expansion for the A500/A2000.
Does anybody know which DRAM controller is suitable for this
purpose. I am looking for 1Mbit and 4Mbit controllers.
Especially the newest controllers are interesting to me.
