On a 2090A, how do you get the second ST506 drive's activity to be monitored by the LED? System configuration: A2500/20 (1 Meg Chip, 2 Meg 32-bit RAM) A2090A Hard Disk controller Hard Drives :Rodime RO3055 (40MB) 2 internal floppies installed Current 2090A jumper J5 connects to LED, what happens with J4? Current Hard Drive HD0: Jumper set to 0 (Terminator removed) Current Hard Drive HD1: Jumper set to 1 (Terminator installed) The ST506 data cable is straight through - no "flip over". Access to HD0: will show on LED, but HD1: access is in the dark :-(. CBM Australia is as enlightened about the problem, as the LED when accessing the second drive. They insist that the LED should illuminate when either ST506 drive is accessed. There don't seem to be any problems with access to either drive, as far as the computer cares, but I need to know when the second drive is busy. What is the _definitive_ answer? Whoever designed the thing must know!
