This afternoon I picked up an A2232 card which included AmigaTerm. Everything seems to work OK, (well, I've only tried the first channel on the board, but it's OK) except that when I save the settings in AmigaTerm, exit, and then try to re-run it, the entire machine locks up. No gurus or anything, just a "dead" machine. The three-fingered salute will reboot fine, but trying AmigaTerm again kills it. Removeing the amigaterm setup file from the s: directory will allow it to run but I'd sure like to be able to run it without having to manually re- setup the program each time. It dies immeadiately after loading (or trying to) the setup file. The harddisk access light comes on & stays on. The disk has to validate after re-starting. Any ideas? Any other comm programs out there which recognize the rest of the serial channels? Setup: 2500/30 (4 MB), hardframe, 1.3.2 some of the startup-sequence looks like this: SYS:usr/bin/setcpu fastrom cache noburst . run <nil: >nil: Getty -B2400 -Mh -7 wait 4 run <nil: >nil: dcron T:dcron.log . . mount aux: . . run >NIL: SYS:system/FaccII wait 2 sys:system/Facction -n 512 . . runback bin:clockdj n newcli con:0/0/640/150/Cshell s:startcsh . . All help greatly appreciated.
