Hi! Last week, I tried hooking a VCR up to my 1084 Monitor so that I could, like, watch videos on it when I wasn't playing "Wings" :-). The same VCR having worked on a friend's 1084S monitor, I wasn't expecting any trouble when I hooked it up. Wrong. The CVS (CVCS? I don't remember the exact acronym; sorry) input doesn't seem to work at all! When I push *either* of the two buttons on the back of the monitor on (while the amiga is hooked up), nothing happens. On the 1884S monitor, pushing the CVS/RGB in will blank the Amiga's video. On my monitor, it does nothing. I can't get the monitor to do anything but display the Amiga's RGB signal and this is very frustrating. I opened up the monitor to see if the jack was shorted and/or disconnected somehow, but it looks fine. I don't know what the resistance/impedance is supposed to be, so I haven't measured it. Any ideas? Jordan
