Hi all...
About 16 months ago, I bought a Phoenix HD-22 drive for
my Amiga 500. Its been working fine, but now I would
like to replace the paltry 20Meg Miniscribe 8425s with
a Quantum 105s (105Meg). Problem is, *no* documentation
came with the Phoenix HD-22. Oh yeah, I'm still running
Workbench 1.2.
So, here are the questions...
1. Will the Quantum work with the controller in the Phoenix?
2. What jumper settings are necessary on the Quantum?
3. Does the harddisk.device provided by Phoenix support the
Quantum drive?
4. What does the MOUNTLIST entry for the Quantum look like?
5. Is there anything else I need to know about this combination?
Any help would be appreciated...
