I have been assembling the EPROMMER project (available at 128.155.23.64) for about a week now and have been having some difficulty with the poor documentation. I have finished the circut using LS instead of HCT parts, since hardly anyone carries HCT and the author says that LS "will probably work." Unfortunately, the software that comes with the thing reads all FF whether or not an EPROM is even in the socket. Obviously the thing isn't working right. My question is, has anyone else tried to make this thing? Also, the author claims that he is available as BOFFO*BOB on PeopleLink -- can I e-mail him from my regular network site? How?
