As you surmised, you also need hddisk.device in your expansion drawer (and it's icon!) NAK! prod_prep is a dangerous tool, you can blow away an entire drive and it's data fooling with it (and it's not user-friendly). It doesn't do any good with 2090's: only 590/2091/3000's. You're looking for Prep, which also came on the disk with the 2090.
