Is it possible to use a non-Amiga mouse with the Amiga? Are the pins on a 9-pin Microsoft the same as the Amiga mouse or is a conversion necessary. Any information would be appreciated! NO NO NO!!! DON'T TRY IT!!! The 9-pin Microsoft mouse is a serial mouse that MUST go to an RS 232C port. This is a totally different world (Amiga mouse is TTL). So you might damage your Amiga and the mouse if you plug it in. Same is true for every "serial mouse". So watch carefully when you want to purchase one. There is also no easy "conversion" possible. -- Best regards, Dr. Peter Kittel // E-Mail to \\ Only my personal opinions...
