I'm posting this for a friend. Basically the problem is this: He has a Progressive Peripherals EXP1000 1-meg memory board installed inside his A500. The board is supposedly AutoConfiguring, and for the most part seems to be so. However, some programs will not recognize the memory, among them BAD, adn thus will not utilize it. I have no experience with this particular board, and am not about to start tearing things apart on a friend's machine [He would probably be annoyed :-)]. Does anyone have an explanation/fix for such behavior? At this point I am not quite sure whether this may simply be a software problem, but I wanted to see if anyone else may have experienced similar problems with this or a similar board. Put simply, the man blew up.
