[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] Help, I'm going nuts!

Attention Bridgeboard Users:
I need some help. I will log on tomorrow to see if I get any responses in
my mailbox. I have the following system set up in the following way:
Amiga 2000 Std CPU, no coprocessor
A 2091 Controller with a ST157N Seagate hard drive
The XT Bridgeboard
APlus HardCard on the PC Side
No Amiga partition on the HardCard
What I am trying to do is transfer files via AREAD and AWRITE to the
amiga side from the pc side.
I have had numerous problems. I got it to work once but now it won't work. I ge
t the drive light to light and the hard drive to spin, but the only thing that
is created is a file on the other side no information in the file. Just an emp
ty file and a locked up PC side. I have no clue what I am forgetting to do or
missing in my startup-sequence. I have tried running pcdisk in the background
with runback, and i have tried just clicking on the icon. I have no clue what
I am missing. The startup sequence has amouse in it. Programs work fine on th
e pc side without problems. harvard graphics however will not work. I have no
clue where to go or what to do because something is obviously not working hard
or software wise and I can't figure it out. I have tried a simple startup with
nothing running in the background and still have problems. Any ideas or sugge
stions. Do the updated roms in the bridgeboard (version 3.6.1) have problems.
are there incompatibilities between the bridge and the 2091 controller? Help m
e out if you can it will be appreciated. Thanks! Frank
