Hi, I had a epson lx80 printer I would like to make use of it. I am try to make a cable myself. I read the book that go with computer which specify the parallel port. One of pin lebaled SEL there is no such thing on the printer side. what is function of SEL? there is one pin on printer side called ^SLCT IN. I guess this is select input. But it is active low rather than high? Should I cannect ^RESET on computer side to ^INIT on printer side? Any comments? Maji
