I am having troubles with hires overscanned screens. PLEASE HELP ME! I am writing a Mandelbrot program that opens its screen based on the workbench screen size. All works ok, but when I use an higly overscanned screen (704*280, 4bitplanes), I loose the bottom of the screen. That is, the screen looks like an NTSC overscanned display, approx. 704*240. The last displayed scan-line ends with a strange pixel pattern and exit in the border. There is no problem if I use a 672*280 (or lores screen). I have the same problem(but the docs said that) using WBDepth 4. Is this an hardware bug? Is it Intuition fault? Am I doing something wrong or have I broken chips in my Amiga? By the way, I have a PAL A500+external drive and A501 ram expansion with 1.3 ks. (I am a novice in the net, hope I did'nt make something wrong) _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ / \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \ \ / \ This space / / Luciano Montanaro \ My net address is: / \ \ YAAU! / monta_l@dist.dist.unige.it \ for rent! / / _ _ _ _ _ \_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _/ \ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \ O - / / || // / ^ \ \ ||// YAAU! = Yet Another Amiga User (yuk!) \ \_/ / / _|//_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _/ _ _ _ _ \ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/ \_/
