Almost two months ago, I placed an order for a Microbotics Hardframe on a mail order business (Creative Computers). During that time they kept saying that in "just a couple of days they would get their shipment from Microbotics." Needless to say, it never arrived. The last time I called (a few days ago), they admitted that "there maybe some kind of trouble at Microbotics." They even offered to sell me a different brand SCSI card. Being a little curious, I called a bunch of other Amiga mail-order places. Surprisingly, none of them had the Hardframe on stock (but they said that they could order it from Microbotics). I would be grateful if somebody would EMail me the Microbotics' phone number, so I can check what is happening over there. Anybody else knows about something wrong going on Microbotics? -chris

Strange ;-) Well, I called Microbotics (thanks to all that responded). Surprised, they told me that there was no such a problem in supplying hardframes. To my dismay, they quoted the price of the hardframe at $160. [Creative Computers sells hardframes for $230]. I'm happy I was in time to cancel the order from them. In conclusion, beware of Creative Computers in the future.
