I am having problems with my drive. I am using an Amiga 500, and sometimes when I load up software on the system the READ/WRITE error will appear for most of my disks as I load them. Usually they load up fine, but once in a while I will get this problem. My Amiga only has one drive (for now anyway...) Could this be a problem with the drive or could it be something else? Please reply by E-mail if possible. Thanks! Brian

I opened up the case, and put aluminum foil around the disk drive to act as a shield from the monitor interference. The only READ/WRITE errors I get now are from disks that are truly bad, ie: my external drive can't read them either. -Blaise
