I have recently bought a GVP Impact II Hard disk, with two megabytes of RAM on board for my A500. The problem is: If I turn the Hard disk unit first, all works ok, but when I turn on my A500 only, it does not start up. If I turn the Hard disk off, the computer is "freezed". This may be ok, the manual suggests to turn all the machinery on at the same time, but when I asked the dealer about this, He was not able to satisfy me. By the way, which is the most recent GVP-install software version? What is the DMA problem with GVP controller net people is talking about? Thanks in advance for your help, Luciano Montanaro P.S.
