[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] What is Spice and where can I find it?

Can someone give me a brief description of what PDSpice is?  It
sounds like a circuit simulation program, and I hope it is.

Also, is there a mail server that has it? (I'm not on the internet
so I can't ftp).
