[net.followup] Why not change "net." to "world." ?

Excellent idea. Might clarify things a lot. Save us a lot of flaming about
misuse of net.general too.

Minor peeve: if something is as ambiguously named as net.general, that 
ambiguity is guaranteed to produce mistaken use.

Anyway, here's to the world! Long may it last!
