Hi netters,
A friend of mine wants to connect an A2000 Keyboard to his A500
board. Is this possible, and, if yes: how? and if no: why not?

It died but I do have a Hewlett Packard clone keyboard with a phone modular plug. Any idea from anyone on how to hook this up to any Amiga?? I know all the keys and everything wont be there but I am hoping to get a 3000 for graduation and the 500 will be used until then. Thanks Who is evil? The A2000 keyboard has different firmware to the A500 one - they handle the C-A-A reset differently. Without a hack, The A2000 keybd will not reset the A500. (This was discussed at large before, I cannot remember the details) It works the other way around too, I bould a tower case for my friend's A500+ A590, and I used the A2000 pinout on the keyboard cable we made. Recently he bought a new A2000 which had no keyboard.
