I have seen it here before but does anyone have a list of tape drives that work on an Amiga? I have a stock 2000 with MicroBotics Hardframe (SCSI)... If no list, then e-mail the one that is working for you (with as much info as possible) and I will create a list from that... Ok? guy@nsco.network.com // Guy Dandrea \\ // Network Systems Corp., Mpls. I use a Wangtek 5150S on a HardFrame (and on an A3000). Works just fine. The software is a bit weird. I use Larry Phillips' "dump" and "restore" programs on the HardFrame, and the CBM "HDBackup/BRU" on the 3000. HDBackup/BRU works, but LIES, LIES, LIES about the number of tapes required to back up, and you can't seem to put more than one volume (read "partition") on a tape (only use half a tape, and you can't put another partition on the last half of the tape). And the manual is bloody awful. Ah, well. 8-) -- .--------------------------------------------------------------------------. |[- O] Rick Stevens | | ?
