[comp.sys.amiga.hardware] Dave's Job

merlin@presto.UUCP (Jeff W. Hyche) (06/05/91)

	Dave, just what exactly is your job a CBM? Are you a
programmer or a hardware guru or both?
	Just wondering.

Definitely.
But as always, it's fine to know also about the other sides of the
business, and Dave knows much about software. The life-saving
DiskSalve program is from him.

I do the hardware.  I worked on the C128, A2000, A2620, A2630, and A3000, to
name a few. Software is just as hobby; I know the Amiga OS pretty well for a
hardware guy, but the software folks around here are needed to deal with the
real software problems.

        While we're on the topic of Dave, what's with the last line in your
.sig? I know that your quotes usually reflect something that's going on
with you and/or CBM (or at least for as long as I've paid attention).
Should we be worried? :-}

	And I thank him for DiskSalv. I can't count the number of times
has saved my fat. Thanks Dave.
