I got my brand new A3000 set it up and booted it, and every thing looked OK, but it showed four floppy drives. I thought this was peculiar because I only have one drive. The names for the disks in the non-existant drives were garbage values. I called my loccal service center and he said that he though it was a jumper J351, which should be off. So I opened my A3000 up and switched the jumper. Now it shows four floppies, but doesn't recognize any disks. So I am switching it back, but now I called my service center and he says that I need a new motherboard. I do not want to be separated from my new computer that long, and he is an hour away. Does anyone know what is wrong and do I really need another mother board? Barry Miracle miracle@sctc.com
