Ok... the word out on the ECS Denise is that there was a small 'bug' or 'feature' that was causing some problems for the Video Toaster hardware that has required the installation of a pre-ECS Denise chip to make the Toaster 'toast' in an A3000.... Assuming this is all true, does someone know what the problem with ECS Denise was? And what is the availability of the new 'fixed' Denise chip????? (version #'s, cost, etc...) TTFN -Mike-

Some internal timing of the signals that denise generates may have changed a little that the toaster was relying upon. I would not expect the Denise to fix what is not felt to be a bug. I believe Newtek is fixing their software/hardware to adjust for the new specs of Denise. -- Dale Luck GfxBase/Boing, Inc. {uunet!cbmvax|pyramid}!amiga!boing!dale
