My favorite unconventional speaker is the Klipsch line. They have the following features: A live sound since they use horns Extreme power handling capabilities extreme efficiency (needs very little power) Extreme ruggedness (plus a 5 year warranty) They sound great. (most important) Opponents of the Klipsch line say they are not consistent in their frequency response and are only good for Rock and Roll.I say this is untrue - I've read magazine reviews and never heard this.
