Well, what can I say: size: 3x3x11 cm it says "dbx ppa-1, dbx noise reduction. (made in japan - on the back). it has a short lead (30cm) with a stereo 2.5mm plug to go into the walkman earphone, it has a corresponding socket for the earphone. A sliding switch has three positions: bypass, type II, type b. The doco does not spell it out, but the type b should decode dolby b (bt no 'dolby' logo). it uses a pir of AAA bateries. Come to think of it, it came with a clip-on thingo that I removed (it can be unscrewed). I paid $100 (Oz dollars) some 4-5 years ago. n.b., it has a volume control (separate l and r) and a power switch. -- Regards Eyal
