The HIFI NEWS test CD is quite an interesting CD and has the tones you want. Both the updated version and the old one have 0db test tones between 20 and 20kHz. It includes 1/3 octave noise test tracks (quite useful if you have access to a calibrated microphone), one octave track and lots of technical tracks such as -100db test sinewaves, intermodulation tests and monotonicy tests. It's available directly from the magazine and they accept foreign orders and VISA.
