Mostly for the hell of it, I'm compiling an annotated bibliography of do-it-yourself Class A power amplifier designs. I am presently aware of the three listed below. If anyone is aware of any others, please let me know. Also, I have not seen the last two articles articles listed below. If someone could make copies of those articles available to me, I would be very appreciative and gladly reimburse expenses. (There are no libraries in my area that archive TAA.) Of course, I'll post the complete bibliography to the net, and any other comments are appreciated. Nelson Pass, "Construct A Class A Amplifier," Audio, vol. 61, No. 2 (February, 1977). Threshold's president's design for a 20 watt Class A bipolar amp. Nelson Pass, "Class A 40W Amp," The Audio Amateur, (4/1978). A 40 watt version of the above. Lang, "20W Class A MOSFET Stereo Power Amplifier," The Audio Amateur, (2/86). A 20 watt design using four Hitachi powers MOSFETS in the output and driver circuitry very similar to Borbely's 60 watt Class AB design (TAA 2/1982). Mithat Konar 81 W. Golden Lake Rd.
