[rec.audio.high-end] Mods to the Well Tempered Arm

Hello,

A number of people have mentioned modifications to the Well Tempered Arm.
Could someone please go over what exactly these mods are in detail (I
believe that one included adding a heavy counterweight at the pivot and
removing the arm rest).
