bms89@ecs.soton.ac.uk (Scally BM) (05/24/91)

This is a rewrite to make things a little clearer.
The software is available from ARCHIVE-SERVER@UK.AC.LANCS.PDSOFT

[That's "archive-server@pdsoft.lancs.ac.uk" for those outside the UK. -tjk]

 send micros/ibmpc/f462
 send micros/ibmpc/f543
 send micros/ibmpc/h99

Queries on the lancs. public bdomain service should be sent to
PDSOFT@UK.AC.LANCS.PDSOFT or automatic help can be gained by sending the
word HELP to the archive-server.

The programs are sent in bits and are for PC's they will have to be
joined together to form the program. The h99 section contains programs to
unpack the files. If you have a copy of DEEBOO, PKUNZIP (1.1?), and
possibly PKUNPAK you don't really need the contense of h99 so don't send
the last line.

 Review...

The placement prog works well. I have tried it on several peoples rooms
with good to fair results and for the time spent all agreed that it was worth
while.

The speaker cad prog is limited to two drivers but... the program seems to
work well and is fairly easy to use.

The software is written by an company in America who I can't remember the
name off. I apolagise to them and will post the company name later.
