Hello CD-technology wizzards! First of all I have to mention that I like LP's best. Unfortunately there are very(!) few releases of classical music in this format nowadays. I don't want to get into the high-end CD-player region, which seems to me even more mysterious than the one of high-end LP-players, but I would like to improve my old CD-player by an outboard-DAC. The problem is, that the player has no digtal-outputs, neither coaxial nor optical. Can I easily change my player to offer either a coaxial or optical digital output (or do i have to get a new player (awful idea)) ??? Btw, the player is a TOSHIBA XR-Z70K (1983 !!!), which has a very good transport section. Any comments are welcome ! Thanks in advance !!!
