I have downloaded more software onto the archive server. It is called Perfect Box. Basically, it is loudspeaker enclosure design program. It allows you to view amplitude vs. frequency, excursion and power handling. The different parameters supported include first and second order bass equalization, and various compound woofer configurations. Another handy feature is the ability to view several frequency response charts at once, so different drivers or enclosures can be compared. Anyways, try it for yourself and see. The program runs on an IBM compatible system with graphics capability. Frank Kang

Jon Brinkman emails to me: >There's alot of software on the MadiSound BBS. Perhaps someone in >Madison, Wisconsin (local call) would be willing to download it and >then upload it to the archiver server? I think that's a great idea. I had originally gotten Perfect Box from Madisound, but numerous long distance calls to Madisound from Texas can get costly. Now if a bunch of people just downloaded one, we could have all of the programs... Frank Kang ftkang@drl.mobil.com
