Having seen advertisements for both the MC^2 and the Inner Quest brain devices, I can't really find much to distinguish them from their respective adverts. From what I read I gathered that the MC^2 produces sound in addition to flashing lights, whereas the Inner Quest range produces just flashing lights. Is my inference correct? In particular, I was wondering whether the sound of the MC^2 can be turned off? For instance, if I want to listen to a subliminal tape which itself may contain sounds which induce a theta state I am concerned that the sounds from the tape and the MC^2 will work against each other, possibly producing a beat frequency which could be harmful (or at least unpleasant). I would be grateful if anyone with any information, be it technical or experiential would email me, and if anything interesting comes up, I'll post it to the net. Many thanks, RouE
