I left a message on one of the topics inquiring about vr work in the U of M area a few weeks ago and, If I have the right name, you mentioned that you could post it on sci.virtual worlds if requested. I'm a x-ray technology student and I'm interested in creating a virtual radiography lab for the purpose of teaching patient positioning to radiography students. An early version could be quite simple while still being functional. Basically all that's required is a human form that models the range of motion and body contours of a real human being. Improvements including tactile and kinesthetic variables could be added as the technology becomes available. Any assistance would be appreciated.
