The VR world has just reached another milestone... 15 minutes ago, I jacked in to the world's first stand-alone, portable VR system. This system, in development for the last year, was created by Matt Klapman and David Stark, both based in the Chicago area. In a simple summary, it was IMPRESSIVE! I wish I could tell you more, but one of the preconditions to using it was not to disclose any revealing information about it. Look for more information about it coming out in a couple of months. The most important aspect of this system is that it will be priced in the consumer price range, way below any system available currently.
